ckhyattParticipantI just installed my OG device and while it functions correctly (opens/closes) the sensor is repeatedly switching from open to closed. I have tried changing the door open, car and distance read intervals with no luck. Is there some other setting I need to change?
Thanks!

ckhyattParticipantI finally found a way to stabilize it. I set the Car Threshold to Zero to disable it. Wonder if I have a bad sensor? Any help is appreciated.
Thanks!

jagosParticipantSometimes this happens with a bad or inadequate power supply/adapter. Do you have another you can try to see if it makes a difference?
Less likely, but if the power supply/adapter does not do the trick, maybe the power cable is at fault. Try changing it.

ckhyattParticipantAfter I disabled the Car Threshold that appeared to resolve it. It did it a couple of times later in the evening and I replaced the power supply. That also appeared to resolve it until this morning. After I opened the garage door this morning it started again. It was fine from 9:52 PM until I opened the door this morning. I think I must have a bad unit. I have an open ticket. Thanks!

ckhyattParticipantJust for clarity, I was using the PS ordered with the unit from OG. I replaced it with an iPad PS that is 5V 2.1A. PS doesn’t appear to be the issue.
Thanks!
