Been trying to figure out what this adapter does. Looked at the git repo and can’t find any schematic or info on it or instructions.

Am I missing a different location for the open garage info? https://github.com/OpenGarage/OpenGarage-Hardware

The OpenGarage product page explains it:

    OpenGarage (WiFi garage door opener)

Specifically: For Security+ 2.0 systems (with a yellow antenna and yellow learn button), please add a Security+ 2.0 adapter to your order.

Right, but what does it do?

Is it converting a latch to some encoding? Or is it using radio? What’s the schematic of this adapter?

The adapter is not made by us — it’s a standard LiftMaster security+2.0 door button. The only thing we do is to solder wires to the button so it can interface with OpenGarage. How do we know the schematic if the manufacturer doesn’t publish it?

Ok thanks. I did not know that it was just the lift master button with wires attached. That’s why I was asking. I am unable to find any info on the git repo on what it is.
