We had to replace one of our garages and it was replaced with a LiftMaster MyQ. I much prefer OpenGarage. I tried setting it up, however have had no luck. I tried to guide the wires into the white and red sensor areas and I hear the “click” when I toggle through the app, however the garage does not react.
Are there compatibility issues or is this likely user error?
