RayKeymasterHave you tried the Blynk app? Does that work? Note that when you are outside of your home network (i.e. remotely access OG), you have to either use the Blynk app, or at least use it once in order to get a Blynk token, otherwise the Android app will not be able to communicate with OG.

AnonymousInactiveHello,
I think I have the same Problem.
I used the blynk App and from there I am able to open the Garage by Pressung the button. But with your App I can’t open it. The settings Do Show the key. I do use my external IP and Differential http Port (not Port 80).Florian

DanwizeParticipantI’m seeing this problem too in the android app. I can open and close my garage using the Blynk app, but when I am not connected to my local network, the OpenGarge app shows not connected. In the settings, I did choose the Connect Locally and Cloud option, and the app displays the same Blynk token that is working in my Blynk app.

RayKeymasterHas anyone submitted a support ticket yet? I just tried the android app and can’t reproduce this issue.

DanwizeParticipantI removed my controller and re-added it using the add by Blynk token. I can now open and close the garage when not connected to wifi but I don’t get the car present indicator now. I’ll try re-adding by IP.
UPDATE:
After re-adding by IP, I still can’t see the car present indicator. It is still better than before. At least now I can close the garage from outside my network. My problems may stem from the fact that I originally added the controller to the android app, before I had used the Blynk app top get a token.

RayKeymasterThe car present indicator currently is only available in the direct web interface, I think — it hasn’t been added to either Blynk app or OpenGarage app.
