My OG has worked well for over a year. I am very pleased with it.

We had a Spectrum internet outage last night. When service was restored, all my stuff came back up except OG. I powered it off and on again but Blynk would not recognize OG. I did a hard reset and went through the initial setup and got back so I could use the web page access. Blynk still would not work.

I then saw that you had released firmware v.og_1.0.5. I downloaded it and hit the update button. The webpage said “uploading” for over 30 mins. It’s only a 300K file so enough time had passed I thought. I did another reboot and now it is totally dead. No reboot beeps, nothing. All I can see is the red led inside the box that remains on whilst OG is powered on.

This could not have happened at a worse time since I am going on vacation and I may need OG to let the neighbor’s kid into my garage to get to my lawn mower.

    Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Fixed. I did the update on my PC via a USB cable and it now works fine again.

Thank you for fixing it on your own. Sometimes the OTA update may get stuck due to data transfer failure but generally if it gets stuck you can unplug power and reboot the device, and just try again.
